La rivière serpente sur plus de 1200 bornes, des Rocheuses jusqu'au lac Winnipeg, creusant un corridor luxuriant qui façonne Edmonton.

Ce coin de verdure, c’est pas juste un parc, c’est un terrain de jeu nature avec plus de 150 km de sentiers pour marcher, pédaler, skier...
Que tu pagayes, que tu pique-niques sous les arbres ou que tu randonnes avec vue panoramique, ici, t’as l’aventure et la tranquillité.

La vallée abrite des attractions comme le Muttart Conservatory, le Fort Edmonton Park, des points de vue, des ponts, des coins pique-nique à gogo !

L'édifice législatif de l'Alberta
À gauche, ce bâtiment grandiose avec son dôme, c'est l'Assemblée législative de l'Alberta – un des symboles d'Edmonton et le cœur de la politique provinciale. Construit en 1913 dans le style Beaux-Arts, c'est à la fois un symbole de démocratie et un chef-d'œuvre architectural, avec ses colonnes imposantes, ses pierres sculptées et son dôme central qui domine la ville.

Baladez-vous dans ce parc magnifique, où fontaines, jardins et arbres centenaires offrent un contraste paisible avec l'action politique à l'intérieur. Des visites guidées gratuites sont proposées toute l'année, vous donnant un aperçu des coulisses du gouvernement albertain, avec des infos passionnantes sur l'art, le design et l'histoire du bâtiment.

Anecdote : L'Assemblée a été construite avec du grès extrait de Glenbow, une ville à l'ouest de Calgary, et elle est un monument à la croissance de l'Alberta depuis.

Et cette statue devant ? C'est Alexander Cameron Rutherford, le tout premier Premier ministre de l'Alberta. Son héritage perdure ici, mais aussi à l'Université de l'Alberta, qu'il a contribué à fonder.

The app is your tour-guide, it needs to know where you are located on the map to be able to trigger the points of interest. It also needs access to audio and media files to provide you with this experience.
+ What happens if there are unexpected roadblocks or navigation issues?
We have been working hard to deliver a great experience. Though you may run into unexpected obstacles (the world is constantly changing), our app has multiple features and mechanisms in place to help you overcome them, including: AI assistance, force play an audio if you can't reach the stop, skip or return to stops, automatic rerouting and more.
+ Can I take the tour in my language?
Though all of our tours are primarily in English, many tours are muyltilingual (including: Spanish, German, Portuguese, French, Japanese, Hebrew, French, Arabic and more...). The tour language options depend on the specific tour - You can easily check which languages are available in the tour screen!
