Continuing on, we can’t have a top 8 rooftop bar without Baker and Able. These names may seem familiar because this rooftop bar is named after the two primates that first successfully conquered space. That's right, Baker and Able, were the primates that made it home safely in 1959 after their great spaceflight. Baker and Able is a high-class rooftop bar serving cocktails, small plates and a city view that makes you feel like you're reaching the stars yourself. In honor of their namesakes Baker and Able, the bar has a unique cocktail menu inspired by the primates themselves.
