Hello, and welcome to this UCPlaces tour of the many wondrous parks in and around Bend, Oregon. My name is Dave, and I’m looking forward to taking you on a journey through this city nestled on the eastern edge of the Cascade Range along the Deschutes River. Before we get started, let me introduce you to our local expert Realtor, Paul Frazier, a resident of the Bend area for over 20 years. Paul and his wife have raised 4 children here in Central Oregon and they have enjoyed all the outdoor activities that Bend has to offer. The hallmark of Paul’s career has been overdelivering for his clients. With an advanced understanding of the systems that are now being used to buy and sell real estate, Paul doesn't need to over promise his clientele to secure business. He brings this work ethic, dedication and commitment to each Real Estate transaction and to each of his clients, and that is what sets him apart from the rest. If today’s tour inspires you to start your search for a home in the greater Bend area or anywhere else in Redmond or Powell Butte, give Paul a call at (541) 797-9966. You can also reach him via email at bendforsale@gmail.com Alrighty then, let’s get started!
