Nestled in the heart of the Balkan Peninsula, Montenegro is a jewel of southeastern Europe. Today we are going to drive along the coast of Montenegro starting in Kotor, and making our way down to Budva. Both lovely beach towns filled with medieval history that still stands today. Along the way we will pass through Tivat, a smaller and newer town in Montenegro, but beautiful and luxurious nonetheless. There is a rich cultural heritage that sails through the country seen through its maritime history, religious structures, delicious cuisine, and the adventures of its national parks.
