Hertz Ben Gurion Airport - Car Pickup Walking Guide

Hi, my name is Aerial and I will be your guide to our pickup area.

We will start by walking to the closest elevators (when looking towards the Hertz reception, they should be right behind you).

Take the elevator one floor down to level G.

After exiting the elevator area in level G, with your back to the window, TURN LEFT, and look for "Exit 03". It should be just a few steps away from the elevators.

When you reach it, click "Next" for further instructions.

Great! You found me!
You should be looking at exit 03.

Now let's exit the building and get to the other side of the street.

Just walk straight and cross safely using the crosswalk, it's just up ahead of us.

Cross over the middle pavement and all the way to the other side.

Now that we've crossed the street, we'll continue straight for a few seconds, until the first opening on the left, near the elevator area. Click "Next" when you get there

See the two entrances on your left, leading to the elevator area? Get the second (farther) entrance and turn left to the "Orchard" parking lot.

Before taking that left, look up and around, you should be seeing a few "Car Rental" signs pointing left, just so you know your at the right spot.

Go straight and meet me at the end of the parking lot. Click "Next" when you get there for final instructions, we're close now.

Now that we've reached the end of the roofed parking lot we'll take a right. After a few steps the Hertz pickup office will be on our left. You are welcome to go inside, get your car keys and have a great time in Israel.
