It will be a nice walk through history, almost like a time machine! We will begin in the town of Asakua, known for its traditional Japanese architecture, temples, and shrines. Our halfway point is perfectly marked as we cross the Sumida River, to reach the town that surrounds the Tokyo Skytree, a more modern section of the city. I want to add that as we are ending at the Tokyo Skytree so I highly recommend searching for tickets online prior to our arrival so you can tour the tower once you and I have completed our own!
