Hi there – This is Andy Detweiler from The Rockville Real Estate Exchange, your hyperlocal real estate brokerage located in, you guessed it, Rockville, Maryland. You can reach us at 240-338-8355 with questions about buying, selling, or renting here – or if you have any question in general about the area. We also have tons more local content on our website, rockvilleagents.com, so please check it out as well. Lastly, a special shout out to Katie Ostrowski, our Director of Community Service who lives in nearby Lincoln Park and was instrumental in putting this tour together. Ok. Back to the matter at hand. I’m looking forward to taking you around one of the most popular areas in Rockville today: Rockville Town Square. This mixed-use development officially opened in 2007 after a great deal of planning and research by the City of Rockville. It is conveniently situated within walking distance to the Rockville Metro station. Throughout the tour, I’ll be giving you a lay of the land, some tidbits about the area, and a glimpse at the many housing options available within Rockville Town Square. Please proceed to Parking Garage C. Once you have parked in the below ground garage and have proceeded back up to the street level, meet me outside Dawson’s Market on the sidewalk along N Washington Street. You may also be able to park on street level if there are spots available.
