Hello there, and welcome to this UCPlaces tour of St. Tammany’s Parish, Louisiana. My name is Shelly, and I will be showing you around this wonderful area on behalf of Kellie Osbon and Kimberly Everett of K2 Realty. Before we get going on this tour, let me tell you a little bit about these to local experts, Kellie Osbon & Kimberly Everett. These amazing Real Estate Brokers are excited to share some points of interest in the community they live, work, and play in. Opening K2 Realty in 2008 this dynamic duo tackles the ever-changing market trends to make seamless transactions for their clients. Their philosophy “Our Community, Our Strength” drives their relationships with clients, real estate developers, realtors and public officials who want to share the Northshore Lifestyle. If you are looking to buy or sell your home call Kellie or Kimberly at 985-234-9930. Email k2realtyllc@gmail.com So what’s so great about this area? Well for one, it’s a huge fishing, crabbing, swimming and recreational boating community with multiple access to the lakes and rivers and restaurants dotted along the lakefronts. I’ll point out some of these places during the tour. If you are more of a land-lover, there are countless cultural events such as art markets, musical festivals, farmers markets, block parties, and so much more. I’ll talk about these throughout the tour as well. Just try to be bored here! It’s not gonna happen. Ok, let’s begin! Follow your navigation to Fontainebleau State Park.
